Absolutely! We encourage visits so you can see where your pet will be staying and meet our team. Just give us a ring to arrange, our viewing times are between:
11.30am – 12.30pm or 2.30pm – 3.30pm
All dogs enjoy regular walks, playtime and plenty of cuddles throughout the day. We tailor exercise to suit their breed, age and energy levels, keeping tails wagging and paws happy. We offer 5 different secure exercise areas, which can be on or off lead.
We’re happy to provide high-quality food, but most owners prefer to bring their pet’s usual diet to keep their tummy settled and routine consistent. We will feed your pet as many times as you feed them at home, to keep them in the same routine.
We provide food and water bowls.
No problem at all – our trained team can safely administer oral or topical medication. We can also take epileptic and diabetic pets, please just ring to discuss their needs further. Please bring your pet’s prescription with the dosage instructions clearly marked and we will administer the medication according to the directions.
Medications are normally administered free of charge but any 12hrly medications may at times incur an additional charge.
You should also be aware that – like most insurance policies – existing medical conditions are not covered by the Hotel’s insurance.
Your pets wellbeing is our top priority. If a vet visit is ever needed, we’ll contact you straight away and take them to your nominated vet (or our trusted local practice if yours is too far afield).
